My approach
RTT hypnotherapy and emotional healing
for women ready to stop holding back,
meet their deepest wounds,
and fully embrace their desires!
Why working deeper matters
Sometimes you understand a pattern clearly, yet still can’t change it.
Because it isn’t only conscious.
It lives in deeper layers: emotional memories, protective responses, and early beliefs. RTT gently accesses this level, where real change begins.
RTT - the doorway into the subconscious
Through RTT hypnosis, we access the memories, emotions, and meanings shaping your current patterns.
Here, we often meet the younger, wounded, or protective parts of you — the ones that have long carried fear, shame, or longing. In a session, these parts can finally be seen, understood, and gently brought back into connection.
I think of this like bringing home a stray dog that has wandered alone for years. It is safe now, no longer outside — and yet, it may still tremble, hide, or hesitate before trusting it is truly allowed to stay.
Emotional healing - where the deeper change happens
RTT can open the door in a powerful way. The emotional healing sessions are where we continue to meet those parts — again and again — with patience, softness, and care.
We support the wounded parts in softening. We support the protective parts in understanding that they no longer need to hold everything together in the same way. Not by forcing change, but by creating enough safety for something new to be felt and trusted.
